Data we collect and purpose

We process the personal data you provide through the website forms for the following purposes:

• Event pre-registration: group leader's name, email, phone number, school or company name, city, country, number of dancers and participation categories. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Event communications: registration confirmations, information on regulations, dates and updates. Legal basis: contract performance and, where applicable, the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Newsletter: information about future editions of Masters of Dance®. Legal basis: explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
• "Ease Your Moments" Contest: management of video experience contest registrations. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Web analytics: analytical cookies to improve website experience. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We do not process special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) nor make automated decisions with significant legal effects.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods:

• Registration and participation data: up to 5 years after the event ends, due to fiscal and contractual obligations.
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, without prejudice to any legal actions that may arise.
• Analytical cookies: as indicated in our Cookie Policy.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases:

• Legal obligation: when required by the competent authorities.
• AGA Travel agency: for the management of the optional accommodation package, only if you book that service and with your prior consent.
• Technology service providers: web hosting, email marketing platform and payment tools, acting as data processors under a confidentiality agreement.

We do not make international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area without the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Your rights

As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights against the controller at any time:

• Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and, if so, access it.
• Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data when it is no longer needed for the original purpose.
• Objection: object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation.
• Restriction: request that we suspend the use of your data while we verify a claim.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise your rights, write to us at info@modmallorca.com stating your name, surname and a copy of your identity document. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. All communications with our website use HTTPS protocol with TLS encryption.
